Question 1

Do I need experience to start?

How long do I have access?

Accepted Answer

Access is valid for three months from the date of payment and expires automatically after that period, so make sure to complete the program within the available timeframe.

Question 3

Are the courses self-paced?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Everything is pre-recorded and structured in modules, so you can work through it on your own schedule.

Question 4

Do you provide trading signals or managed accounts?

Accepted Answer

Never. We are an education provider only. We do not sell signals, copy-trading services or account management.

Question 5

Which languages are available?

Accepted Answer

The entire site and all course material are available in English, Portuguese (Portugal), Portuguese (Brazil), Spanish, Japanese and Hindi.

Question 6

Is there a certificate?

Accepted Answer

Each program ends with a completion certificate you can share. It certifies study, not trading performance.

Question 7

Can I get a refund?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Every program carries a 14-day refund window from the enrollment date, no explanation required.
